Booking requests are not first come first serve, please take your time and

submit the correct paperwork otherwise it may not be considered.

Once your request has been selected you will be notified via email, proceed to scheduling your appointment and sending your deposit in.

If you have not been contacted before the booking period ends, submit a new form each quarter as needed.

The average wait time can vary from

3 - 12 months or more, requests are not guaranteed.
