When you sign into your account via web browser or the app you will be able to:
See when your appointment request is accepted / moved / denied.
Schedule appointments when books are open.
View and manage all your future appointments.
Add your appointments to your personal calendar.

Add yourself to my waitlist.
Complete your Design Forms.

Using my Calendar

1) This is my homepage, from here selcet services to get started.

2) Scroll down to New Appointments and choose what day rate you would like.

3) Once you select the day rate, you will be able to search the calendar for dates and times that work best for you.

4) If you want to change your day rate just click the drop down, scroll down to the "New Appointment" options and select what you prefer.

Remember, if you get turned around, you can access everything from your Vagaro portal

5) Review my booking policy and select the next page.

6) Review my cancellation policy, submit the request and you're all set!

New Client:
Booking Request

Submit this form if you're a new client looking to schedule an appointment.

You're considered a new client if I haven't tattooed you before. You may submit multiple forms for different new projects.

Existing Client:
New Project

Submit this form if you're an existing client starting a new project or returning after 12+ months since your last session.

You're considered an existing client if I have tattooed you before. You may submit multiple forms for different new projects.

Existing Client: Follow Up Appointment

Submit this form if you're an existing client returning for follow-up on a multi-session tattoo.

If it's been over 12 months since your last session, fill out the 'Existing Client: New Project Form.'

Note: This form is for tattoos with completed outlines, returning for shading or color.
