1. CONTACT CONSENT

By providing your phone number and email address to Blair Tattoos, you expressly consent to receive communications from me. These communications may include phone calls, emails, and text messages related to your appointments, account, or services.

 

2. SMS & TEXT MESSAGING PROGRAM

My text messaging program is designed to manage appointments and keep you informed.

  • Program Description: Text messages are used to send appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, automated reminders, and operational notifications.

  • Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your booking activity and scheduling needs.

  • Rates and Fees: Standard message and data rates may apply from your wireless provider. I do not charge a fee for sending these messages.

  • Carriers: Wireless carriers are not responsible or liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

 

3. HOW TO OPT-OUT (STOP)

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text STOP to any message I send you. After you send "STOP", I will send you one final text message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive text messages from me unless you choose to opt back in.

 

4. HOW TO GET HELP (HELP)

If you are experiencing issues with my text messaging program or have questions, you can text HELP to my number for assistance.
